These terms apply when you use our designer or purchase from us and do not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country.

Review your selected materials, bead sizes, arrangement, wrist measurement and delivery details before ordering. The on-screen fit and appearance are estimates. We make the bracelet to the confirmed order instructions. Apple Watch designs include the stated connector and strap components, not an Apple Watch.
An automated payment or order receipt acknowledges your order. We accept it when we send a confirmation that we can make and fulfil the agreed design. If we cannot accept it, we will notify you and refund any payment. We will ask before changing components or correcting a material pricing error.
The price and payment currency shown at checkout apply to your order. Prices may differ by market because of conversion and rounding. Shipping is US$15, or free for a merchandise subtotal of US$100 or more after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping, with local-currency conversion at checkout. Any taxes collected there are shown before payment. Import charges not collected at checkout may be payable to customs or the carrier.
Payments are processed through the providers offered at Shopify checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or cross-border fees. There is no recurring subscription when you buy a bracelet.
Product names and descriptions identify the materials offered. Colour, translucency, inclusions and patterns can vary. Website bead and accessory images are digital illustrations rather than photographs of the exact item you will receive. We do not claim an independent gem grade or untreated natural origin unless the relevant product description expressly provides that information.
Astrology and crystal meanings are symbolic experiences for reflection and personal design. They do not guarantee changes in health, relationships, wealth or future events and are not medical, legal or financial advice.
Our Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds policies form part of these terms. Contact us if anything arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description. We remain responsible for the remedies required by applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We do not require you to give up mandatory rights or access to the courts available to you under consumer law.
Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with its security or other customers. Website designs and content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Saving or sharing your own bracelet design for personal use is permitted.
We may update these terms for future orders. The version supplied with your accepted order continues to govern that order unless you agree otherwise.
