Your birth date, birth time and birthplace are used in your browser to calculate your reading. They stay in the current tab’s memory and are not included in your order or saved design link.
The designer stores your bracelet, reading themes, shopping bag and preferences on your device. A saved design or order can include selected stones and symbolic reading themes, but not the original birth details. Clearing this site's browser data removes local drafts and preferences. A design link can reveal its design and themes to anyone you share it with.
When you place an order through Shopify, it processes your contact details, delivery and billing addresses, chosen items, design instructions and payment information. We use the order details to make and deliver your bracelet, provide support, manage returns and keep required business records. Payment providers process payment credentials; we do not receive your full card number.
If you email us, we receive your message, email address and any attachments. Avoid sending identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information. We do not use order contact details for unsolicited marketing.
Shopify provides catalogue and checkout services. Payment providers handle transactions. Hosting providers process connection and security information such as IP addresses and request logs. A country code from our hosting service helps select local pricing; we do not request precise device location.
We share delivery information and the design instructions needed to fulfil your order with the people assembling it and the carriers handling delivery in China and your destination country. Our support email is hosted by Google (Gmail). These services may process information outside your country, including China. Where required, international transfers must use applicable legal safeguards.
We use browser storage for designs, the bag and your country selection. Shopify checkout and payment providers use their own cookies for checkout, security and fraud prevention. Your browser can restrict cookies or storage, although this can prevent saved designs or checkout from working. We do not currently run advertising pixels on this storefront.
We use information to fulfil your order or respond to your request, meet legal record-keeping obligations, and protect our service against fraud and abuse. Where consent is required for optional processing, you can withdraw it.
Local drafts remain until you remove them or clear browser data. We keep order and support records only as long as needed for fulfilment, after-sales support and applicable accounting or legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them where practicable.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or restrictions on or objections to its use. Email us to make a request. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data protection authority.
The site is intended for adults. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can address it. We may update this policy when our service changes; the date below identifies this version.
